County Assessor

    Trent Brown is the Beaver County Assessor.  You can find him on the main floor in the County Administration Building, 105 East Center, Beaver.  His office assesses the values of property and collects personal property taxes on vehicles.

    When you receive your Notice of Property Valuation & Tax Change each year you have the option of appealing the assessment on your home or property to the Board of Equalization.  The Notice lists the days and times the Board meets in a box below the Current and proposed property Taxes box.  You will need to call the Clerk's office at 435-438-6463 to make an appointment.

     Shelly Marshall is the Deputy Assessor.  Office hours are  9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
