County Attorney
Von J. Christiansen (vjchristiansen@beaver.state.ut.us) is the Beaver County Attorney. His office is located at the Public Safety Facility, 2270 South 525 West in Beaver. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Leo G. Kanell (lgkanell@beaver.state.ut.us) is the Deputy County Attorney. Karma Mitchell and Konnie Davis are the department secretaries.
The County Attorney's office prosecutes criminal cases that occur within Beaver County and are filed in Fifth District Court, Fifth Juvenile Court, and the Justice Courts of Beaver, Minersville, and Milford. The office also handles civil matters for the county, including advising the Beaver County Commission, the Beaver County Planning & Zoning Commission, and other elected and appointed officials of the county.
