LeeAnn Dalton is the Beaver County Treasurer. Her office is located on the first floor of the County Administration Building, 105 East Center, in Beaver. Debbie Smith is the deputy treasurer. Office hours are from 9:00 to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 weekdays.

(Please note: due to the State of

Beaver County holds a real estate tax sale on delinquent tax properties on the 4th Thursday of May each year. Available properties should be available and posted on this site four weeks before that date. Click here to view this year's unredeemed properties.
